    The Strategic Partnership Committee brings together volunteers and chapter leaders to shape the future of ATD Greater Atlanta’s sponsorships, partnerships, and community collaborations. This bi-weekly working session focuses on identifying strategic partners, enhancing member value, and aligning sponsorship opportunities with chapter goals and statewide initiatives.

    2026 Community Partnership Program

    (Annual In-Kind Strategic Partnerships)

    The ATD Greater Atlanta Community Partnership Program is designed for organizations, consultants, and service providers who want to support the chapter’s mission year-round through in-kind contributions while building authentic visibility with Georgia’s talent development community.

    This program recognizes partners who contribute expertise, services, resources, or promotional support that strengthen our events, operations, and member experience—without a traditional cash sponsorship requirement.

    Community Partners are not just sponsors; they are active collaborators in advancing learning, leadership, and workplace excellence across the region.

    Who Should Participate

    This opportunity is ideal for:

    • Learning & development consultants

    • Coaches and facilitators

    • Universities and education partners

    • Technology and HR solution providers

    • Creative, marketing, or event services vendors

    • Local and minority-owned businesses aligned with professional growth

    What Qualifies as an In-Kind Contribution

    Examples include (but are not limited to):

    All contributions must have a clearly defined fair market value and be documented in the partnership agreement.

    ATD Greater Atlanta's Board of Directors comprises recognized leaders from a wide range of organizations and industries.

    The Greater Atlanta Chapter is committed to ensuring that the board reflects a mix of the industry and that directors’ expertise aligns with ATD’s strategy.

    The Board of Directors meets bimonthly usually on the fourth Tuesday of the month. It should meet at least four (4) times a year with the option to meet more to address strategic planning and alignment with the Chapter's Executive Board.  

    The Board of Directors is composed of the following elected/appointed positions: 3 Senior Advisors, 1 Appointed Advisor, Past President, Current President, President-Elect, and CFO.

    The ATD Greater Atlanta Learning and Development (L&D) Committee Meeting is a monthly working session focused on advancing learning, skill development, and leadership capability across our chapter.

    This committee convenes to lead initiatives aligned to the chapter’s vision of building a connected, future-ready community. The work goes beyond discussion or networking—members actively collaborate to shape programs, experiences, and resources that elevate talent development opportunities for ATD Greater Atlanta members and leaders.

    Facilitated by: Frankie Robinson, VP of Learning & Development for ATD Greater Atlanta

    Purpose of the Committee

    • Advance chapter initiatives that strengthen learning, upskilling, and talent development across the community
    • Enable chapter members through role-relevant learning, shared problem-solving, and intentional capability building
    • Strengthen continuity and impact by aligning efforts across committees and leadership roles

    What Happens in These Meetings

    • Initiative planning, refinement, and decision-making
    • Review of learning and talent development opportunities for members and leaders
    • Collaborative problem-solving around current and future chapter needs
    • Clear action items and ownership to move work forward between meetings
